Walk and Pictures


I just got back from our walk. We went and took the dog also. It was a nice walk. I'm a little anxious going and walking. James and Stephanie were with me, so it was good.

I also ate on plan today!! I hope that this will keep me on track. We plan on walking to our nearby track and walk it tomorrow. We couldn't today, cause we had the dog. But I plan on walking at least 2 times around the track.

We are suppose to walk 10,000 steps.. that is close to 5 miles. I was doing 2 miles on the treadmill, so I figure I'll be able to do more at the tra
ck as I slowly jump/walk back into working out.

I also tried to figure out how to inspire or encourage myself.... I think I found a way... I went searching for some pictures of me when I was thinner...

Hi- great inspiration photos..I need to do that,too.
