I am so NOT going
in the right direction.

I gained a .06 lbs.

It's hard staying on plan, when we don't have our menus planned out. I still have to cook for everyone, so if they don't know what to eat.. everything gets behind, then I get over hungry and it's never good, but I know it's a excuse. I'm just so tired of it... but apparently not enough to stay on track.

I hear ya. I gained back 2 pounds. I know why but I'm still certain I am controlling my blood sugar most of the time and I know that most of the time, my diet is really good. I do exercise daily on my treadmill or take dog for a walk. I guess my problem is really night time. If I only I could figure out a way to not eat at night at all. Like at 7 pm stop eating completely.

I am going to try this one this week and see if I get moving in the right direction. I hope you're able to figure out what will move you in the right direction too. :-)

u just have to get in the right mind frame..ok, so u had a set back get over it and start fresh..u can always email me or call if you need someone to talk to..Too bad u don't live closer we could keep eachother motivated :) I know it's hard every day is a struggle but, u can do it!!

I'd say always weigh yourself in the nude, but that's awkward in the middle of the doctors office :)
