- Don't ever give up.
- Remember it's all about portion control.
- It's okay to have cheat days, as long as you can get back on track.

It's been about a week since my surgery. Today is the best that I have felt!! It's beautiful here in Southern California and for that I'm grateful. My wonderful husband has been taking care of me and dinners and my kids have been there to help me. I've lost weight, but tomorrow is my weigh in day, so I will post it tomorrow.
