I gained back 2 pounds. I know why bu...I hear ya. I gained back 2 pounds. I know why but I'm still certain I am controlling my blood sugar most of the time and I know that most of the time, my diet is really good. I do exercise daily on my treadmill or take dog for a walk. I guess my problem is really night time. If I only I could figure out a way to not eat at night at all. Like at 7 pm stop eating completely.<br /><br />I am going to try this one this week and see if I get moving in the right direction.
