On a totally different subject.... I've gotten perms since I was about 12 years old. I have extremely fine and straight hair. Over the course of that time, I've had about 3 BAD perms.... can we talk???
The only problem... is that my perm IS NOT as cute as these poodles... except I do look like one.. that got their curls in a bunch!!!

oh no with your hair!! and I know it takes a bit to get it to straighten out or un-kink or whatever they call it!
glad you are safe from the fires; so far us in Temecula Valley haven't had any fires (thanking God); keeping all involved in my prayers

You have the same type of hair I do. I finally gave up and just leave it straight, at the moment I'm trying to grow it long.
They do have a spray on the market, that relaxes curls. Maybe it would help your hair not to look so frizzy or like a poodle. (Hugs)Indigo

I'm glad to hear that you are safe from the fires. I have a friend in riverside and I am worried about her. I used to get a perm once in a while, but was never ever really happy with the results.
I always hated my perms for a good week after I got them. Just give it time, it will relax. Glad to hear you are safe!

I thought about you when I heard about the fires...glad to see you and your family are safe and sound.
I used to get perms all the time...until my hairdresser said if I kept coloring and perming I would be bald soon...lol. I have stick straight hair and hate it, but I guess it is better than bald.

WOW I didn't know you were so close, stay safe Lisa. I have the same kind of hair, and my perms were ALWAYS not so good, lol. My used to do them and I looked more like BOZO the clown. LMAO XO
