Slow but steady....
I've had a few weeks of up and down, but I am on the right track. I ended up getting a bodybugg and it's amazing!! I see exactly what I am doing and what my body does with it. My goal right now is to lose 30 lbs and that will be my half-way point with Jenny Craig.

Best parenting advice:
To tell your kids to follow their dreams and
to never give up,
to do what makes them happy.
For if you love what you do for a living,
you never have to work another day in your life.
