Shuttle Mission
If you would like to have your name/image sent on the next (last) shuttle mission you may go to the NASA site Face in Space
https://faceinspace.nasa.gov/index.aspx
to enter your name and you may also download a picture, however, you do not need to send a picture. Upon the return of the shuttle you have the opportunity to receive a Flight Certificate signed by the Mission Commander.
